Our Technical Office

It is responsible for processing all the technical documentation necessary for manufacturing in the workshop. Analyze all the information in 3D and 2D send to our customers, ensuring the feasibility of machining, possible interference and correcting errors if any, always in contact with our customers.

With the help of the software, Cimatron and Go2CAM, we carry out machining programs in 2 axes, 3 axes and 4 axes, Detail plans for higher, we design electrodes and we attend all queries generated in the manufacturing plant, so that the whole process of production fluid and committed to quality sea.

In this office we monitor the quality of our company. Through specialized software, we maintain our quality management system, which complies with ISO900, up to date, we carry out continuous improvement actions, we prepare internal and external audits, avoiding the use of paper as much as possible.

We have created a system of Work Records and Instructions for the purpose of our company.

In addition, the task of prevention of risks and environment, the safety of our workers and the commitment to be an efficient company in the treatment of their waste, the issues that give it great importance.
